FEATURED PROJECT: Help Launch the Huruma-Gatune Poultry Project
Fresh eggs for Huruma. An opportunity for the future.
We’re excited to launch the Huruma-Gatune Poultry Project, a multi-phase initiative designed to provide fresh, nutritious eggs for the children at Huruma Children’s Home while creating an opportunity to generate income for the home.
The project will begin with a pilot flock of 200 vaccinated laying hens. Eggs will first support meals at Huruma Children’s Home, helping replace a portion of eggs currently purchased from outside suppliers. When eggs are available beyond the home’s needs, excess eggs can be sold locally to create an additional source of income for Huruma.
OUR GOAL: $6,000

Join Feeding Mouths Filling Minds, in collaboration with Legacy Executive Club, for a deliberately small-group experience that brings together service, leadership, community, and safari.
Designed for executives, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven professionals, this seven-day journey offers the opportunity to engage directly with FMFM’s work in Kenya, connect with Kenyan leaders and communities, experience the Maasai Mara, and create space for reflection and meaningful conversation.

THE EXPERIENCE
NAIROBI
Make Hotel Rudi your home base as you engage with Huruma Children’s Home, Gatune Farm, and FMFM’s trusted community partners.
At Huruma, the experience is personal and hands-on. You will bring and personally deliver donations, share meals and everyday moments, hear stories directly, and experience the people and work your contribution supports.
At Gatune Farm, you’ll learn from Kenyan leaders while experiencing community, culture, and the local context that shapes FMFM’s work.
Breakfast and two group dinners at Hotel Rudi are included, with one evening reserved to explore a local restaurant..
MAASAI MARA
Fly from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara and stay at Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge, surrounded by panoramic Mara views.
Experience guided game drives across the Mara’s landscapes, with park entry included. Your stay includes all food and drinks, along with time to enjoy the heated pool, explore spa options, connect with fellow participants, and reflect on the experience.
The 2026 group saw four of Africa’s Big Five in a single day.
RETURN TO NAIROBI
Return to Nairobi to rest, celebrate the people and experiences shared, and reflect together on what you will carry forward as a leader.
The experience concludes with time for connection and reflection before your journey home.

HOTEL RUDI | NAIROBI
Hotel Rudi provides a welcoming Nairobi base with comfortable accommodations, daily breakfast, two group dinners, and convenient access to community activities and Wilson Airport.
MARA ENGAI WILDERNESS LODGE | MAASAI MARA
Mara Engai offers panoramic Mara views, all food and drinks, a heated pool, spa options, and an organic garden—creating a comfortable setting for both safari and connection.
ROOM PREFERENCE
Shared accommodations are included in the participant investment. Single accommodations are available for an additional supplement and are subject to availability. Participants will indicate their single or shared preference during registration.
