2025 Giving Tuesday

Help Us Grow Nutrition Programs Across East & West Africa

This Giving Tuesday, we are raising funds through December 31 to expand farm-to-cafeteria programs that provide nutritious, locally grown meals. We aim to scale to six schools in Liberia in 2026, supporting an estimated 1,300 students and community members.

School meals support learning, health, dignity, and progress toward United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #2: Zero Hunger. This year, FMFM supported nutrition initiatives that reached more than 4,000 beneficiaries across Tanzania, Rwanda, and Liberia through poultry projects, school gardens, mushroom production, and farmer training. Work in Liberia included rice and cassava cultivation, solar irrigation installation, and farmer engagement on a 13-acre community farm that will supply school cafeterias.

Your Giving Tuesday support will help FMFM extend feeding programs to six schools in Liberia and reach an estimated 1,300 new beneficiaries with locally grown meals.
